Share your details with the Pensions Team so we can invite you to our information day.

Information day

May 2026

Join the Pensions Team to learn more about the role of the Trustee so you can decide if you’d like to apply for a vacancy.

Submit your application

May 2026

Complete our application form to tell us about yourself and why you’d make a good Trustee.

Telephone interview

June 2026

After we’ve reviewed the application forms, candidates will be chosen for a round of 15-minute informal telephone interviews.

Attend an interview

June 2026

After the telephone interview, applicants will be invited to attend an interview with a selection committee either in London or at a Nestlé office. You will be assessed against a number of pre-specified criteria to determine whether you will be suitable to be a Trustee.

Successful candidates announced

July 2026

Following the interview stage, the selection committee will consider its decision and announce the successful candidates.
