Our new pension administration system
We'll be moving the Nestlé UK Pension Fund (the Fund) on to a new pension administration system on Monday 1 June 2026.
As we move on to the new pension administration and payroll system, you may experience some disruption to the time it takes to process any request you send in to us around the time of the move.
This is because we'll need to switch off our current system for a couple of weeks while we transition over to the new system. This means we won't be able to process any new transactions or requests from Friday 15 May to Monday 1 June.
During this time, we'll also be closing the telephone helpline so the Pensions Team can receive training on the new system, but you'll still be able to contact us by post or email. We'll reopen the telephone helpline again on Monday 1 June once the new system is live.
Will my pension still be paid in May?
Yes. Your pension will still be paid as normal on Thursday 28 May.
Will anything change once we've moved on to the new system?
Yes, you'll notice a few minor differences.
Once we've moved on to the new administration and payroll system, your pension will be paid from a different bank account, and you'll see the reference 'Pension payment' on your bank statement or online banking.
When you receive your next payslip, that will look slightly different too.
We'll also issue you with a new member number, which you'll see on any correspondence from us from 1 June onwards. Don't worry if you need to contact us, though — we'll be able to find you on the new administration system using your name, date of birth and National Insurance number.
What won't change once we've moved on to the new system?
The amount of pension you receive, and your pension payment dates will remain exactly the same once we've moved on to the new administration system. Remember, you can find your pension payment dates at nestlepensions.co.uk/pensioner/payment-dates
We'll also continue to apply any increases to your pension in the same way that we've outlined in the pension increase letter you'll find with this flyer.
And, finally, the administration services you receive from the Pensions Team will remain exactly the same once the new system goes live on 1 June 2026.
