The minimum DC contribution rates (as set by the government) have increased.
If you’re a member of DC Start, your contributions have gone up from 3% to 4% of your pensionable earnings from 1 April 2019. The good news is that Nestlé’s contributions have also gone up from 4% to 5%. This means that Nestlé is paying in more than the government’s minimum amount and it all goes toward your future.
