The Fund is managed by a Trustee Company, Cereal Partners UK Pension Trust Ltd. The Trustee Company has an overall duty to run the Fund in line with its trust deed and rules and current trust and pensions law. It acts through its Board of Directors, who are generally called ‘Trustees’.
The Trustee Board is currently made up of six Directors – three appointed by Cereal Partners UK, known as Company Appointed Trustees, and three appointed from active and pensioner members, known as Member Nominated Trustees.
When do the Trustees meet?
There are normally four quarterly Board meetings held in person in London, and up to four interim meetings held virtually.
